The purpose of the winemaking processes at Frontos is to extract the best oenological characteristics from our grapes in order to obtain wines that express and expose these characteristics.
The vinifications carried out in the winery try to respect, maintain and enhance, with the best possible technology, the natural conditions of the grape, using physical methods and very little chemical manipulation. These include
Prefermentative maceration at 8ºC.
Controlled fermentation temperatures.
Keeping the wines on the lees.
Macro and micro-oxygenation.
Cold stabilisation (without chemical additives).
