Wines

The purpose of the winemaking processes at Frontos is to extract the best oenological characteristics from our grapes in order to obtain wines that express and expose these characteristics.
The vinifications carried out in the winery try to respect, maintain and enhance, with the best possible technology, the natural conditions of the grape, using physical methods and very little chemical manipulation. These include
  • Prefermentative maceration at 8ºC.
  • Controlled fermentation temperatures.
  • Keeping the wines on the lees.
  • Macro and micro-oxygenation.
  • Cold stabilisation (without chemical additives).
Each grape variety is harvested and vinified separately and then blended to obtain unique wines.
Frontos produces structured wines of great complexity that need months, both the whites and reds, to reach their optimum ripeness before they can be tasted.

Blanco Seco Ecológico

Straw yellow colour with greenish iridescence. Clean aromas with fruity notes (pear, loquat) and aniseed (fresh fennel). Dry and fresh on the palate, with a certain volume, recalling the sensations of the nose, with a slight bitterness on the finish, a typical note of the variety.

Blanco Afrutado

Straw yellow colour with greenish iridescence. Clean aromas with fruity and aniseed notes (fresh fennel), and creamy echoes in the background that sustain a sufficiently persistent memory. Unctuous on the palate due to the sugars from the grapes, with good acidity, making it fresh and balanced.

Blanco Cásico

Straw yellow colour with a lemony rim. Aromatically clean and fresh, with an elegant floral fragrance and fleshy fruit, medium structure and nerve in the mouth.

Tinto Tierra 2019

It has a beautiful cherry red colour that gives way to intense aromas of black fruits and spices with balsamic notes. Smooth and balanced on the palate, with a good balance of fruit. Its freshness invites us to take another sip.
